Right now, there are more than 1.2 million Americans living with HIV. People in the LGBTQ+ community, people of color, and people with lower incomes are disproportionately affected. Here’s the truth: in order to end AIDS, it will take a commitment from people like us to do something meaningful and visible to raise the money and support needed to finally end this epidemic.

I am honored to have been asked to lead a group of cyclist's from Pavion and partner with Blackstone’s Cycle for the Cause team. Cycle for the Cause is the New York LGBT Center’s annual three-day bike ride from Boston to New York City raising money for the fight against HIV/AIDS. This is a cause i feel strongly about and so I am asking for you to consider donating to me in support.

So, I’ve decided to join Cycle for the Cause, a 3 day bike ride from Boston to NYC, in September 2024. In preparation for this event, I will raise money and awareness in the fight to end AIDS! However, I cannot reach my fundraising goals without your help.

For every $250 we raise, The Center can provide a person with a comprehensive needs assessment and referral services. For every $600 we raise, The Center can provide a young person with substance use recovery services for one month. For every $1,000 we raise, The Center can provide one person with help accessing PrEP (daily pill that can block the transmission of HIV), PEP (pill taken after being potentially exposed to HIV to help prevent infection), and other prevention methods.

All donations are tax-deductible and you can even spread out a larger donation as monthly gifts, so please be generous. Every single dollar goes directly to the beneficiary organization, The Center, to help fund their critical HIV/AIDS programs.

Thank you for your support together we can end AIDS.
